Writing up this. We 5 primary school frnds had booked to watch movie at Orion mall PVR cinema on 14.10.2022, at 4.10pm show, Audi 10- seat no D 8.9.10.11.12. Every thing was going smoothly and enjoying the film, But unfortunately, we friends missed last 15min of movie, important climax,
Shiva had a fall, when ದೈವ entered his body, we missed on screen movie , inside the theater, lady behind our seat started kicking the seat, she had trance on her...was accompanied by her daughter age about 22year, totally girl was shocked after her mother half unconscious, and body shaking... We helped her by giving water, but none of the staff of PVR came to help for about 10min to 12min , so inhuman... Paying 300/- to 500/- was it not the duty or responsibility of PVR management to take first aid facilities, after movie is over they were in hurry to take her off, she can't even get up from seat,
Staff wanted to clear for next show, where there was lot of time left, bcoz 15min for advertisement. Also same time top row same incident happened, but they were gang of family member, Later we friend took her to lounge on wheel chair, btw one staff came from PVR supported, but we were too upset, no staff came her to rescue, We bought sugar and hot coffee gave to lady, made her to sleep on visitors lounge seat. Booked uber sent... Was it not duty of PVR management, for courtesy can't serve warm water to drink, requested him, but no response,
Request such incident may take place at Movie, plz arrange some first aid facilities and train some staff for such incident.. But we 5missed the climax. No fault of us...
Looking forward to arrange, for we 5member tickets to re watch the movie, if you feel comfortable .
