Human relations is a more singular concept as regarded by college level management courses and is usually associated with motivation. These two pages should not be merged and a more isolated definition would be appropriate. it is not good for society and is a waste of time

Merge the two pages - they both say different things but they are complementary and it would enhance quality of the information provided
As i mentioned in the human relations talk page, the author is confusing human relations, and human resource management which are two seperate theories in the school of management. If this is not recognised, we may as well merge these two pages with the human resource management page. --Arakash 14:16, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

Human Relations is a much broader field than is described in the brief article, largely about Elton Mayo. It draws mostly from management and psychology, but also sociology and political science.
