Tech Coast Angels, like Draper Fisher Jervetson (http://en.wikipedia.orgview_html.php?sq=Envato&lang=en&q=Draper_Fisher) exists as an organization to invest in startup companies. My feeling is if you consider this entry spam, you must consider DFJ's entry spam or any other "private equity" firm that invests in startup companies which Wikipedia currently describes.
I think having TCA (and DFJ and others) in Wikipedia is important because these are long standing organizations that promote entrepreneurs and provide a historically valid service to the world economy.
