This is unlikely that "Mahmoud Panahian" had been War Minsiter of Republic of Azerbaijan. May be this is Democratic Republic of South Azerbaijan led by Jafar Pishevari. Can any body verify this? --Pouya 20:42, 18 Dec 2004 (UTC)
