Tamura (田村市, Tamura-shi) is a city located in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 March 2020[update], the city had an estimated population of 35,702 in 12,821 households[1] and a population density of 78 persons per km². The total area of the city was 458.30 square kilometres (176.95 sq mi).
