Taoguang Yanghui (Traditional Chinese:韜光養晦 Simplified Chinese:韬光养晦 English:Hide one's talent and bide one's time) refers to the People's Republic of China's approach toward the international community and is commonly attributed to a speech by Deng Xiaoping.^[1]
