Tegulidae is a family of small to large sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the superfamily Trochoidea (according to the taxonomy of the Gastropoda by Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005).[1]
This was for a long time considered to be a subfamily (Tegulinae) within the family Turbinidae.
