Example (talk · contribs) has only contributed to the article(s) under discussion for deletion and this XFD page. ~~~~
—This template should always be substituted (i.e., use {{subst:AfD new user}} ). |
This template is for noting in an Articles for deletion discussion that one of the users commenting has no contributions other than in the discussion and the article(s) being considered for deletion. The text of this template includes links to the user page, talk page and contributions of the specified user.
Typical usage: {{subst:AfD new user|USERNAME}}
Do not include the User: prefix before the username.
This template automatically includes your signature in its output, so you don't need to sign when using this template. To disable automatic signing, specify sig=
as a parameter. The value of this parameter is used in place of your signature. If you use the parameter without a value, the signature is simply omitted.
If the user's home wiki is not the English Wikipedia, you can specify the interwiki prefix of their home wiki as an additional unnamed parameter. This changes the links in the template text to point to their user page, talk page and contributions on that wiki. If the user's home wiki is a different language and a different project (e.g. the Spanish Wiktionary) you can add the project code and the language code as separate parameters (see examples below).
If you wish to draw attention to a related sockpuppet investigation add |spi=SOCKMASTER
where SOCKMASTER is the username of the relevant investigation.
Usage: {{subst:AfD new user|USERNAME|spi=SOCKMASTER}}

You can adjust the appearance of notices created using this template (since 6 Dec 2012) using a user CSS stylesheet. Add something like the following on your common.css page:
.afdnewuser-notice {
/* Put your style information here */
}
Place CSS properties to describe how you want the notice to appear between the braces. If you don't want to see these notices at all, use display: none
between the braces.
