This template is used to add template-populated categories to the templates for discussion pages.

Usage

{{subst:Catfd2|category name}}

produces:

Category:Category name (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

This template should always be substituted (i.e., use {{subst:Catfd2}}).
