This template is used to notify users about pages that have been speedily deleted. Specifically, it is used for pages that have been deleted under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, "redirects, apart from shortcuts, from the main namespace to any other namespace except the Category:, Template:, Wikipedia:, Help: and Portal: namespaces". This template is usually used in lieu of tagging with {{db-rediruser}}; for other post-deletion speedy deletion notification templates see the table to the right.
