This template is usually at the top of an article, {{Infobox Latter Day Saint biography}} may be used to summarize information about an individual within the Latter Day Saint movement. It is an alternative to less specific templates such as those listed at WikiProject Biography/Infoboxes and within the people infobox templates category. This template is designed with a focus on the General and Ecclesiastical leadership in various Latter Day Saint denomination. However, all values are optional allowing for any person in the Latter Day Saint movement to use this infobox.

rank | The highest rank achieved by the person. Unusual cases, such as this rank not being the last achieved, or the rank being awarded posthumously, may be noted.
