Tun Dato' Seri Utama Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat (Jawi: تڠكو ميمون توان مت; born 2 July 1959) is a Malaysian lawyer who has served as the 10th Chief Justice of Malaysia since May 2019.[1] She is the first woman to ascend to the highest judicial office of the country.[2][3]

Tengku Maimun was announced as Malaysia's new Chief Justice, succeeding Richard Malanjum who retired in April 2019, in a statement released by the Prime Minister's Department on 2 May 2019.
