"The Buddha of Suburbia" is the theme song to the BBC TV series of the same name, released by British musician David Bowie in November 1993 by Arista Records. It was re-recorded with American musician Lenny Kravitz for Bowie's 19th studio album, also titled The Buddha of Suburbia (1993), and inspired by his musical score for the series. The single reached No. 35 on the UK Singles Chart.[2]
