The Waterfront Suites and Residence is an unfinished and abandoned condominium located on Chalermphrakiat road in Pattaya, Chonburi province, Thailand. Standing at 53 stories high, the building began development in 2011 but was halted in 2014. The building has an area of 38,530 m2,[1] and was designed to stand at 57 stories.[2] The building has commonly been described as an "eyesore".[3]
