Theodoric of Freiberg[1] (/θiˈɒdərɪk/; c. 1250 – c. 1311) was a German member of the Dominican order and a theologian and physicist. He was named provincial of the Dominican Order in 1293, Albert the Great's old post. He is considered one of the notable philosophers and theologians of the Middle Ages based on his career and writings.[2]
