It operates under the auspices of the Thomson Reuters Foundation, which is the charitable arm of Thomson Reuters.

The global editorial team consists of more than 45 journalists and 150 freelancers, who cover under-reported stories that revolve around aid, development, women's rights, human trafficking, property rights, climate change, and resilience.
