Timbavati Private Nature Reserve is a nature reserve on the western edge of Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga Province, South Africa. It was established in 1956 by like-minded game farmers with the creation of the Timbavati Association. The association has 50 members and covers 53,392 ha (131,930 acres).[1] Timbavati Private Nature Reserve harbours lions, cheetahs, African bush elephants.
