Trampolene's latest studio album Rules of Love & War was released on 17 March 2023 by Strap Originals and entered the UK Official Album Breakers Chart at number one, number 5 in the Official Independent Chart and number 10 in the Official Vinyl Chart.

Their sold out debut album Swansea to Hornsey was reissued on 17 November 2023 as an anniversary edition, and was followed by three shows in Manchester, Cardiff and London where they played the album in full for the first time.

On 24 March 2023, they performed live on BBC Radio 4 programme Loose Ends.[1]

The band toured the UK extensively throughout 2023, including a sold out show at the iconic 100 Club in London.[2]

Trampolene made their second appearance on Sky Sports Soccer AM on 26 November 2022.[3]

On 25 February 2022 Trampolene headlined and sold out the opening of Swansea Arena, and released their show as a live album entitled Live from Swansea Arena.[4]
