Umm Haram bint Milhan (Arabic: أم حرام بنت ملحان, romanized: ʾUmm Ḥarām bint Milḥān; died 648), known as Hala Sultan in Turkish tradition,[1] was a companion and the maternal aunt of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.[2][3] She was also one of the Ansar women of Medina.
