The United Sports Club (Bengali: ইউনাটেড স্পোর্টস ক্লাব) is a professional football club based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.[1] United SC was founded in 1927.[2] The club competes in I-League 2 as well as Calcutta Football League,[3] the oldest football league in Asia.
United SC soon emerged as one of the most successful teams from the state in 2010s, after Mohun Bagan and East Bengal.[4][5] The club previously participated in I-League,[6] which was then top flight of Indian football league system.[7][8][9][10] The club mostly uses Kalyani Stadium as home ground.[11]
