This for a bot using the pywikipedia framework that will scan through User pages listed in userbox template categories - to make a list of user pages that should be edited to remove the template category/ies. The first iteration of the bot is only to provide a list for manual editing of the user page. If the load warrants it, the bot would then be changed to actually do the user page changes.
