Angelito R. Orozco (b. March 6, 1972) is the chief legal counsel of the City of Olongapo, Philippines, being its City Legal Officer. He previously clerked for the Philippine Supreme Court [1]and went on afterwards as an associate at Roque & Butuyan Law Offices, a Makati City-based law firm engaged in general litigation, as well as in intellectual property, commercial, labor, and international trade law practice.

Thereafter, he served as legal counsel for the Freeport Service Corporation (FSC), a subsidiary of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), while also serving as legal consultant and/or corporate secretary to various Subic Bay Freeport-based locators. He then became a lawyer for the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) under Commissioner Florentino Tuason, Jr.

He graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City [2] (BA English: Creative Writing [cum laude]; and Bachelor of Laws). At present, he serves as the Executive Vice-President of the Association of Resident Ombudsmen in Government Agencies-Philippines (AROGA-Phils.), President of the Junior Chamber International (JCI), Inc.-Olongapo City Chapter, and is a bona fide member of the International Bar Association (IBA), Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), and the Association of City Legal Officers of the Philippines (ACLOP). He received the Outstanding Resident Ombudsman award, conferred by the Honorable Tanodbayan, for two (2) consecutive years, i.e., 2008 and 2009.
