Hello, my name is Alex, I have been editing on Wikipedia since the summer of 2013. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and I am currently a Junior at the University of Oregon. I am studying Mathematics and Computer Information Technology (CIT) with the ultimate goal of working as an applied mathematician either in the field of actuarial science or mathematical cryptography immediately after graduation, and then possibly graduate school or a career in secondary education. Additionally I practice the martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I currently train at Northwest Martial Arts Academy (NWMA), an affiliate of Team Megaton; I also train with the University of Oregon Jiu Jitsu Club and serve as its Treasurer.
Most of the work I do on Wikipedia is related to Oregon Ducks football and Pac-12 football. I am a fan of Formula 1 and occasionally work on related pages.
