International Intellectual Property Law Association (IIPLA)
The International Intellectual Property Law Association (IIPLA) is a non-profit organization with the world's leading intellectual property law association. IIPLA is headquartered in San Jose, California the United States of America. The key members are responsible for leading this association with their expertise. IIPLA regulates the services of intellectual property in a broad spectrum related to patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret law, and various other IP Topics. The members comprise IP attorneys, professionals, managers, and owners in the firms that serve the clients.
Background
IIPLA, a private organization, was established in 2015 with a mission to empower IP development and to discuss the issues and challenges faced by IP Attorneys, Agents, and other Global IP professionals. IIPLA Events Department plays a critical role in achieving the mission by organizing different editions of intellectual property conferences and IPR events globally. The vision of an IIPLA is to create opportunities for everyone in the field of Intellectual Property in economic interest.
Authority
IIPLA is headed by Azam Ghani, the Founder of an association and has members of 15 in number, guided by the Vice-President of Operations. IIPLA has executive staff who perform different duties respective to their team domain.
Events and conferences
The locations where events and conferences are held are US[1] [2] [3] [4] , Dubai(UAE) [5] [6] [7] [8], and Europe [9]. IIPLA organized numerous events and conferences in different regions are Dubai , London, Brussels, Amsterdam, San Jose, and San Francisco and will perpetuate both in physical mode and also hold virtual summits and webinars where peoples are participating from all over the world. These events considered the IP issues which arise currently and affect the societal environment. We step forward to make a professional hierarchy since 2015 and hope to be large in upcoming conferences.
IP attorneys from different law firms across the world gather to discuss IP Services, to showcase their products and solutions to their IP Challenges at IP conferences. With the new development of IP software's [10] introduced for the management of events, conferences and for other purposes, say databases.
Due to the rise of the pandemic, IIPLA took care of individual and organized the virtual IP Summit in US, 2020 [11] [12] where the professionals discuss about the current issues.
The Speakers come together to attend and participate in the conferences and events [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18], summits [19] [20] and webinars from different regions. Any individuals belonging to law firms, students, associates and other persons can be attendee and get lots of skill development and exchange thoughts.
