These are the criteria I look for in prospective candidates for adminship.
- Must have been actively editing for three to four months at minimum.
- Must have enough substantive edits for me to get a good idea of the editing pattern and style.
- Must believe in the open source philosophy.
- Must understand United States copyright law.
- Must have nothing even remotely resembling a userbox on his userpage.
- Must have fixed up a featured article removal candidate back to featured article status.
- Must over fifty substantial edits in each namespace, most critically, Image talk: and Portal talk:.
- Must have a positive coefficient for the exponential term when an exponential regression is calculated on the user's number of edits per week for the past twelve weeks.
- Must understand that AFD is a discussion, not a vote.
- Must have contributed to 500 AFD discussions.
- Must have contributed substantial improvements to AutoWikiBrowser, pyWikipediaBot, or MediaWiki software proper.
- Must have a 3.2 GPA with a minimum of 16 earned credits per semester.
- Must have written five featured articles from scratch or had a substantial part in writing ten.
- Must be SCUBA-certified.
- Must have founded at least two WikiProjects and participated in at least five.
- Must have Ascended at least three different character classes.
- Must meet criteria for becoming a steward.
- Must be no more than 50% cybernetic but no less than 20% cybernetic.
- Must speak three languages fluently.
- Must have a written letter of recommendation from Jimbo.
- Must have dreams in Wiki source at least three nights a week.
- Must be able to secure a 30-year loan at 3.2% APR or lower.
- Must be at least 35 years of age and born on United States soil or its overseas consulates.
- Must be able to recite all sections of United States copyright law from memory.
- Must be rouge.
- Must have root on Wikimedia's servers.
- Must run a backup cluster of Wikimedia servers.
- Must be Wiki.
If you meet all of my criteria you will get a guaranteed support from me. Otherwise, it's iffy.
