Welcome to Dormskirk's userpage

My areas of interest are finance, military history and public buildings.

With regard to finance, I have written new articles on all former FTSE 100 companies and all current FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies that did not already have articles about them. I have also updated every infobox in every article for every FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 company to show the latest financial results (initially the 2007 results, and then all successive years including, most recently, the 2023 results).

With regard to military history I have either written or substantially expanded many biographical articles about First Sea Lords, Chiefs of the General Staff and Chiefs of the Air Staff. Likewise Admirals of the Fleet, Field Marshals and Marshals of the Royal Air Force. And I have either written or substantially expanded articles about every cavalry and infantry regiment raised in the United Kingdom and their regimental depots and regimental museums.

With regard to public buildings I have either written or substantially expanded many articles about British and Irish hospitals, town halls and public buildings.
