I'm a Reference Librarian living in Elko, Nevada, United States. My first contributions to Wikipedia concerned links to the library system where I am employed, making sure each community we served that had a page would include a link to its branch library, if it had one. From there I've made general contributions to articles dealing with the Northeast Nevada region, particularly Elko.
From these early contributions I have occasionally dipped into other topics of interest to me, as I came across them in Wikipedia, including bluegrass banjo, and American literature. At this time, I am concentrating on improving the article on American novelist Thomas Berger.
