23prootie (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) was an editor on Wikipedia. Prior to being blocked and banned indefinitely, he was an edit warrior who was blocked persistently for edit warring and was subject to many reports to AN3 including ANI.
He was initially temporarily blocked for moving against consensus on Commonwealth of the Philippines but was later extended to an indefinite block after continued move warring while being blocked. He was later de facto banned. A record of this is kept at the Administrators Noticeboard archive. Since his block and ban, he has used numerous sockpuppets, most recently using open proxies to circumvent detection from checkuser and the community as well as circumvent rangeblocks.
