23 The Visual Sharing Company is a bootstrapped, privately held company that provides visual sharing tools for organizations and individuals. The company was founded by Danish serial entrepreneur and investor Thomas Madsen-Mygdal, CTO Steffen Christensen and Guan Yang^[1]. Company's name derives from an intriguing statistical paradox called the Birthday problem.

As of early 2013, 23 is providing video technology and services for over 250 organisations in 16 different countries. The company has offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo.
