The Sharen Althoff US Extemp Award is an award given to the U.S. Extemporaneous Speaker who recieves the most firsts in rounds for the duration of the Ohio High School Speech League State Tournament. It was first introduced in 2007 and has been awarded to one speaker per year since then.
