The JRD Group of Companies is a radio communications company with headquarters based in Melbourne, Australia. The Group is comprised of three main companies; JRD Communications Pty Ltd/JRD Rentals Pty Ltd, Radio Systems Technologies Pty Ltd and NX Digital 1. Bob Rogers is the current CEO of the Group[1]. The Group was one of the inaugural founders, and is an Accredited Member, of The Australian Radio Communications Industry Association (ARCIA)[2] [3].
The JRD Group of Companies is also committed to education and training. The group is a contributor at RMIT University, and has been a Gold Partner for the RMIT Electrical & Computer Engineering's annual EnGenius Trade Fair since 2006[2]. In 2011, they sponsored student visits to their communications sites and workplace, and offered student work placements within the radio communications industry[4].
