Feliks Mostowicz
painter, born in 1947.
Graduated School of Arts in Omsk, Russia. Since the year 1971 he belonged to the Association of Artists of the Soviet Union. He creates paintings, watercolours and graphic arts.
His works were presented at numerous his own and group exhibitions in Astana, Moscow, Alma Ata, Warsaw, Weimar, Konstanz and many more. In 2005 he donated the big collection of his paintings to the Museum of Independency in Warsaw. Mostowicz's work could be seen also in the museum in Cytadela in Warsaw, castle in Pułtusk, university in Lublin, as well as in many private collections in Poland, UK, USA, Russia and Germany. For many years Mostowicz cooperated with local newspapers in Warsaw.
In 2002 he was awarded with the prize Polonia Mater Nostra Est for special merits for Polish arts and history.
