A WikiOkie is a mythical Wikipedian creature characterized by a desire to write articles in a clear and straightforward manner, possibly, but not necessarily, because of an inability to grasp complex ideas. WikiOkies are only loosely based on the equally mythical "Okie" creature,[1] and do not have to live in Oklahoma.[2] Their range extends to all corners of the globe, or anywhere that has access to Wikipedia.
