Jerry Berman is the current President & Chairman of the Advisory Committee to the Congressional Internet Caucus (ICAC), an organization of NGOs, public interest groups, trade associations, non-profits, and corporations that work to educate lawmakers about Internet-related policy issues. ^{[1] [2]} He is also the founder and president of the Internet Education Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization that supports the work of the ICAC. Berman testifies regularly before Congress on Internet policy.
