Previous to that career, Insurance Claims Supervisor, then Claims Manager and then, Vice-President, Claims for a national property/casualty Insurance company in Canada.
My first-ever tour of the northern half of China was in November 2018.
My wife and I toured much of France in 2016. My most recent visit to England was in June 2018: London and a week each in the Cotswolds and North Yorkshire.
My most recent visit to Italy - Venice, Florence, Siena and other parts of Tuscany, and into Umbria - was in late May 2017.
I often visit Waterloo Region, as well as Huron, Niagara, Norfolk, Wellington, and Perth County, Ontario, and know the areas well.
Primary interests are birds of prey, small towns and cities, History, Second World War, Economy, Politics, Ontario communities, Canada, Western Europe including the UK, Sovereignty of countries and territories, China (especially Canada–China relations), Organized Crime in Canada, and yes, beer.
