This script (forked from Tol's script) applies a set of cleanup rules on any editform. Under the 'More' menu there is a link to prevent AutoCleanup running on a page once - clicking it will remove all unsaved changes to the page, including manually-made ones.

This can only be used on the English Wikipedia.
