City of Belfast Youth Concert Band The City of Belfast Youth Concert Band was formed in 1965 and is the senior concert band within the City of Belfast School of Music The band has an age range of 14-21 years and is made up of young people from all areas and backgrounds. In 2009, the school of music announced their move to new premises.* ^[1]
