Phil Dennys is British song-writer, musician and musical director.
After attending school in London at St Martin in Le Fields then the Guildhall School of Music, Phil got his first job in 1959 working in Tin Pan Alley as a record plugger. He started work alongside Eric Hall.
Following a chance meeting with (name?) he was invited to go to Hamburg in 1962 for the opening of the Star Club where we was part of Tony Sheridans. Here he worked alonside Emil Ford, Marty Wilde, Joe Brown and of course The Beatles.
After his return to London later that year, Phil worked with many producers and artists.
