Nikpikhel (also Nikpi Khel Pashto: نیکفی خیل') is one of the sub-tribe of Yusufzai. Nikpikhel are children of Malik Nikpikhel,^[who?] who was a Yusufzai. Nikpikhel occupy the right bank of the Swat River from Dedahara to Ningolai.
