Delta Alpha Omega Multicultural Fraternity Incorporated ("Omega Men" or "Dayos", pronounced "Day-oh") is a multicultural Fraternity that was founded on August 18, 2001 at the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas^[1]. Of the many multicultural Greek letter organizations that have been created in the last 20 years as part of the Multicultural Greek Movement, Delta Alpha Omega is one of the few, and among the first, to have been founded in the state of Texas.^[2]
