Previously I was employed by iET Solutions, a firm in the IT Service Management market that produces ITIL compatible software. I try to stay off the ITSM and ITIL articles except to provide pointers to external research and other sources.

I have sung in the Virginia Glee Club, Cathedral Choral Society and Suspicious Cheese Lords; I currently sing in the Tanglewood Festival Chorus.
