This is a (work in progress) to be a comprehensive list of all individual user categories that have been nominated for discussion at CFD, UCFD, and DRV. If the result was to merge, delete, or rename, such categories have a community consensus determining that they should not exist, and therefore should not be recreated without first going through a deletion review resulting in overturning deletion. It also lists categories that should exist only as parent categories, with no individual users supposed to be populating them. Discussions closed with the result of "relisting" are excluded from this list, but their relisted counterpart is included.
The purpose of this list is to make it easy to spot exact recreations of deleted content, as well as making it easier to search for other substantially similar categories that would meet the G4 speedy deletion requirement.
