I prefer to keep discussions in one place. This means if you post on my talk page, I'll reply here, unless you specify otherwise. If I post on yours, please reply there. (But please leave me a talkback!)
I am highly forgetful.{{reply}}, {{reply}}, {{reply}}. Please. Even when it's a discussion on a Template talk:, Wikipedia talk:, or Talk: page.
Please don't revert petty talkpage vandalism or personal attacks, unless it targets someone besides me, violates WP:BLP and/or outs me. I can handle nasty comments, and I'm really big on transparency/keeping all comments accessible. That said, I might collapse a section with particularly nasty comments, but I generally won't remove the comments. (I reserve the right to go back on this if it's something outrageously egregious.)
I'm (relatively) smart. That said, I sometimes often make stupid mistakes. Please assume good faith. If you believe I've made a mistake, let me know. Also, link to policy/guideline/essay pages so I can read up on where I went wrong. I'll set about fixing my mistake as soon as I can. I'm very nice and I don't bite. People who don't assume good faith make me a bit angry, though.
You don't have to let me know about declined speedy nominations if it's not because I screwed up. I usually don't watchlist pages I've nommed for speedy deletion unless I think the page creator might remove the speedy tag. That said, I'm completely open to being contacted about why you declined my speedy, especially if it's because I made an error in judgement. I do that sometimes, and I'd like to do it less, so any comments about why my nomination wasn't valid. If, however, it's just a matter of me A7-ing an article which subsequently got improved, don't feel like you have to notify me.
Talking to me:
If I left you a message: please answer on your talk page, then notify my talk page.
If you leave me a message: I will answer on my talk page, then place {{Talkback|Cymru.lass}} on your talkpage.
