I removed the website from the list because the article is previously deleted content. See [1]. It was deleted because notability wasn't established. Alexa rank isn't enough to establish notability on the English wikipedia. The other article Odnoklassniki.ru was left because they have links showing significant coverage as required by the guidelines.
