For the edit counting tools, I have two versions that aren't on the toolserver, though I don't often work on them:

• http://faleg.org/cgi-bin/wannabe_kate / User:Interiot/Tool — no longer in development; blocked by Wikipedia because HTML-scraping is a no-no. It may or may not be okay to run it on your own private server.
• http://paperlined.org/apps/wikipedia/Tool2/ — I may sporadically work on this, as needed by ko and other sites that aren't available via the toolserver
