Hey, just wanted to say I saw your conversation with AKRadecki about the deletion of the IALD. I was curious how it turned out. Seriously, what else could they have possibly wanted you to provide? There is a section in the guidelines about not violating the spirit of Wikipedia policy just to enforce the letter of the policy. Some of these guys should read this.

- Thanks for the quick note of support. I was really annoyed by the whole back and forth in terms of what to provide - especially since so many of the articles on wiki itself reference the organization. Final verdict was in support of deletion for copyright violation, but allowed for the page to be re-created with new information. Since it is obvious that I fail to understand what makes something noteworthy ;)!, I just posted it to the request for page creation area. My experience posting and adding to wikipedia is limited, but this situation really soured the whole thing for me. It is unfortunate. Layingblames (talk) 21:20, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
