This account does not have admin buttons, nor will it. The idea is to use this account when I think there is a risk of my main account being compromised.
As a result, this account will not, obviously, be doing any blocking, deleting, or page protections. However, if I deal out discretionary sanctions (WP:ARBMAC and so on) using this account the sanctions have the same amount of authority as they would coming from my main account. Thank you.
