I accepted editor Interstellarity's advice to use WP:RM#CM, which put my intent on the Situational analysis talk page. Sethie: I used half of you suggestion for title-changing, but got the unwanted result of 2 titles for a single text: situational logic (desired) and situational analysis (to be eliminated). Can you sort out this mess? Thanks.TBR-qed (talk) 15:41, 1 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
