Valery Kopytov (Russian: Валерий Копытов; born 1971), nicknamed the Barnaul Chikatilo (Russian: Барнаульский Чикатило), is a Russian serial killer who murdered 19 homeless people in Altai Krai between 2000 and 2004.[1]
