Colonel General Vasyl Tomofiyovych Sobkov (Ukrainian: Василь Тимофійович Собков; 20 October 1944 - 1 April 2020), was a Ukrainian military figure, who had served as the Deputy Minister of Defense from 1994 to 1998.
Sobkov also served as the commander of the Carpathian Military District in post-independent Ukraine from 1992 to 1994.
In 1992, Sobkov served as the Chief of the Main Staff — First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
